“If you believe it, the mind can achieve it”
Kerri can not only coach you to your very best but can also develop strength programs based on your needs to get you to the finish line in optimal health, with increased strength and performance.
Whether you are strenuously exercising for an athletic event or sitting at your work desk much of the day but want to get into better shape, Kerri firmly believes that optimal strength and correct biomechanics is a critical piece for multi-sport athletes as well as the general population to promote general health, longevity in sport and injury prevention.
The process begins with an in-depth analysis of injury risk factors (ACL injuries, plantar fasciitis, hip bursitis, shoulder injuries, knee pain, etc) and clients are screened for muscular-skeletal issues that could increase the risk for acute injuries.
Kerri completes a detailed screen with each client which incorporates:
- Weight and body composition
- Cardiovascular assessment
- Core strength assessment
- Balance assessment
- Functional movement assessment
- Gait analysis
- Performance assessment evaluation
Kerri will then develop a strength and corrective exercise program which addresses muscular imbalances, postural concerns, muscular strength and endurance, core stabilization, flexibility, balance and functional movement. This program will work hand-in hand with your daily workout regimen so you can reach your goals while maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
